Last updated: April 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Stagelog ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

During the current beta period, access is by invitation only. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason.

2. Description of Service

Stagelog is a personal work-tracking tool designed for entertainment industry stagehands and technicians. It allows you to log work calls, track hours, calculate estimated pay, monitor progress toward health benefit eligibility thresholds, and track tax write-offs and mileage deductions.

Important: Stagelog is a personal tracking aid only. It is not a payroll system, tax preparation tool, accounting software, or official record. Always verify your earnings against official pay stubs from your employer and consult a qualified tax professional for tax advice.

3. No Affiliation with IATSE or Any Union

Stagelog is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE), any IATSE local, the National Benefit Funds (NBF), or any employer, payroll company, or labor organization.

Health eligibility thresholds displayed in the app (e.g., the $35,000 gross earnings reference) are approximations based on publicly available information and may not reflect your specific local's current requirements. Always consult your union local for official benefit eligibility rules.

4. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Pay calculations, estimates, summaries, and write-off calculations are for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. We make no guarantee that calculated figures are accurate or complete.

Stagelog does not account for all possible variables that may affect your actual pay, including but not limited to: local amendments, show-specific deals, fringe benefits, withholding, garnishments, or employer errors. Always review your official pay stubs.

Write-off estimates and mileage deduction calculations are based on IRS standard rates and are approximations only. Tax laws change frequently. Consult a qualified tax professional before filing. We are not responsible for any tax liability arising from use of Stagelog's write-off tracking features.

5. User Accounts

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with other individuals.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

  • Submit false or misleading data with the intent to defraud any employer, union, or benefits fund.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and handled.

8. Service Plans and No Warranty

Stagelog offers both free and paid subscription plans. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
