By creating an account or using Callsheet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
During the current beta period, access is by invitation only. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason.
Callsheet is a personal work-tracking tool designed for entertainment industry stagehands and technicians. It allows you to log work calls, track hours, calculate estimated pay, and monitor progress toward health benefit eligibility thresholds.
Important: Callsheet is a personal tracking aid only. It is not a payroll system, tax preparation tool, or official record. Always verify your earnings against official pay stubs from your employer.
Callsheet is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE), any IATSE local, the National Benefit Funds (NBF), or any employer, payroll company, or labor organization.
Health eligibility thresholds displayed in the app (e.g., the $35,000 gross earnings reference) are approximations based on publicly available information and may not reflect your specific local's current requirements. Always consult your union local for official benefit eligibility rules.
Pay calculations, estimates, and summaries provided by Callsheet are for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. We make no guarantee that calculated figures are accurate or complete.
Callsheet does not account for all possible variables that may affect your actual pay, including but not limited to: local amendments, show-specific deals, fringe benefits, withholding, garnishments, or employer errors. Always review your official pay stubs.
You agree not to:
All work data you enter into Callsheet (calls, employers, hours, pay) belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over your personal data.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and handled.
Callsheet is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
During the beta period:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callsheet and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which during the free beta period is $0).
Callsheet may introduce paid subscription plans in the future. If and when that occurs, we will provide at least 30 days notice before any free features are moved behind a paywall. Beta testers will be given consideration for early access pricing.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
